Rinjani Trekking Package
Mount Rinjani has only three official trekking routes: Sembalun, Senaru, and Torean, each offering a unique experience. The Sembalun route is the most popular for summit attempts, featuring vast savannahs and a challenging yet rewarding ascent to the peak. The Senaru route is known for its lush tropical forests and breathtaking views of Segara Anak Lake, making it a favorite among nature lovers. Meanwhile, the Torean route provides a scenic and less strenuous alternative, passing through waterfalls, rivers, and stunning canyon landscapes. These three routes are the only legally recognized paths to Rinjani, ensuring safety and environmental conservation for trekkers.
Senaru Route

The view of Mount Rinjani from Pelawangan Senaru is nothing short of breathtaking. As you stand on the ridge, you are greeted by a sweeping panorama of the crater lake, Segara Anak, shimmering in shades of deep blue and turquoise. The lake is surrounded by rugged cliffs and lush greenery, creating a striking contrast against the barren volcanic slopes.
In the middle of the lake, the small active volcano, Gunung Barujari, emits wisps of smoke, adding a mystical touch to the scenery. As the sun rises or sets, the sky is painted in hues of orange, pink, and purple, casting a golden glow over the entire landscape. Below, clouds often roll in, making it feel like you’re standing above the sky.
The air is crisp and cool, and the silence, apart from the occasional gust of wind, adds to the serenity of the place. From this vantage point, you can truly appreciate the raw beauty and grandeur of Rinjani, making it an unforgettable experience for any adventurer.

Sembalun Route
The view of Mount Rinjani from Pelawangan Sembalun is nothing short of spectacular. From this high-altitude ridge, you are greeted with a breathtaking panorama of Rinjani’s towering summit, standing majestically against the sky. The rugged, golden-brown slopes stretch beneath your feet, contrasting beautifully with the lush green valleys below.
As the sun rises, the landscape is bathed in a golden glow, casting long shadows across the crater rim. In the distance, Segara Anak Lake glistens with deep blue and turquoise hues, nestled within the vast caldera. The small but active Mount Barujari rises from the lake, sometimes emitting wisps of smoke, adding a dramatic touch to the scenery.
Above, the sky is often a brilliant shade of blue, while below, a sea of clouds rolls through the valleys, making you feel as if you are standing on top of the world. The crisp mountain air and the sense of vastness create an awe-inspiring experience, making Pelawangan Sembalun one of the most unforgettable vantage points on Mount Rinjani.
The view of Mount Rinjani from the Torean trail offers a unique and mesmerizing experience. Unlike the more rugged and exposed ridges of Sembalun and Senaru, this route takes you through lush green valleys, cascading waterfalls, and winding rivers, creating a journey that feels almost magical.
As you hike along the trail, towering cliffs and dense tropical forests surround you, with occasional openings revealing glimpses of Rinjani’s majestic peak in the distance. The sound of flowing water from natural hot springs and rivers adds to the serene atmosphere, making the trek even more refreshing.
One of the highlights of the Torean trail is the breathtaking view of the towering rock walls framing the path, creating a dramatic canyon-like landscape. As you ascend higher, the view expands, revealing Segara Anak Lake shimmering in the vast crater, with the active Mount Barujari standing in its center. The contrast of lush greenery, volcanic rock formations, and the vibrant blue lake makes this route one of the most scenic and diverse ways to experience Rinjani.
The Torean trail is not just about the destination—it’s about the journey through one of Rinjani’s most enchanting and picturesque landscapes.
